About me
The Basics: Me, my why, and what I believe.
I approach life and coaching inside and out. I love working with humans to become the best possible version of themself and can not emphasize enough the value of getting outside. Inner work combine with fresh air and powerful conversations proves time and time again to be a magical combination. I first hired a coach post divorce when I was truly stuck and suffering the fallout of a series of regrettable decisions that could have been avoided with the proper team supporting me. My past is what drives me today to approach my job with passion and care.
